At TajweedHub Online Quran Academy, student satisfaction and teaching quality are our top priorities. We stand behind our teaching standards with a transparent refund policy.
Every new student receives 3 days of completely free trial classes with no payment or credit card required. This allows parents and students to evaluate the tutor before paying any tuition fees.
If you pay for a monthly plan and are not completely satisfied with your assigned tutor during the first week of classes, we will either replace your teacher immediately or issue a 100% full refund of your fee.
If at any time during your course you feel a change of teacher is needed (for timing, gender preference, or teaching style), we provide free teacher replacements at no extra charge.
